Shipping & Delivery Policy

Order Processing

We aim to process and dispatch orders within 1–2 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays).

During particularly busy periods, including sales, new collection launches and seasonal promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

Delivery Times

We offer delivery throughout Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland, mainland UK and internationally.

Our estimated delivery times following dispatch are:

  • Northern Ireland: 1–3 working days

  • Republic of Ireland: 1–3 working days

  • Mainland UK: 2–5 working days

  • International Orders: Delivery times vary depending on destination.

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed. Delays may occasionally occur due to courier services, adverse weather, bank holidays or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Costs

We offer delivery throughout the UK, Ireland and internationally, with FREE UK Standard Delivery on orders of £75 or more! ♡

Our current delivery charges are:

  • UK Standard Delivery (including Northern Ireland): £4.95 for orders under £75

  • FREE UK Standard Delivery: Orders of £75 or more

  • Republic of Ireland: £6.95

  • Other EU Countries: £14.99

  • Rest of the World: £23.99

Free UK delivery is automatically applied at checkout when your order reaches £75. No discount code is needed!

All shipping charges are clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

International orders may be subject to additional customs duties, taxes or import charges depending on the destination. These charges are the responsibility of the customer, where applicable.

Tracking Your Order

Where tracking is available, tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Incorrect Delivery Information

Please ensure your delivery address is correct before completing your order.

If you notice an error in your delivery details, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to amend your address before dispatch, although changes cannot be guaranteed once your order has been shipped.

Delayed or Missing Deliveries

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please get in touch with us so we can investigate with the delivery provider.
